Wheesung was found in a state of cardiac arrest at an apartment in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, at 6:29 PM on the 10th. It is reported that the fire department was dispatched to the scene after receiving a call from Wheesung's family.
The police have reported that there are no signs of external intrusion or criminal suspicion, and they plan to request an autopsy from the National Forensic Service along with forensic examination of his mobile phone to determine the exact cause of death.
Born in 1982, Wheesung debuted in 2002 with his first full album 'Like A Movie'. He gained great popularity with hit songs such as 'Is It Not Possible', 'Incurable Disease', 'I Even Thought About Marriage', and 'Love is Delicious'.
