Actor Won Bin visited the funeral of the late Kim Sae-ron, who suddenly passed away.
On the 17th, Won Bin visited the funeral hall at Seoul Asan Medical Center in Songpa-gu, Seoul, to pay his respects to the deceased. He also sent a wreath of condolence along with his wife, Lee Na-young.
Won Bin and the late Kim Sae-ron worked together in the 2010 film 'Uncle.' After 'Uncle,' Won Bin had not been active in acting but came to bid farewell to the deceased at the funeral.
The Seongdong Police Station in Seoul reported that they received a call at 4:54 PM on the 16th regarding Kim Sae-ron's death at her home and confirmed the death. She was 25 years old.
Kim Sae-ron debuted as a baby model in the magazine 'Anfang' in 2001 and began her acting career with the film 'Traveler' in 2009. She gained recognition for her role in the 2010 film 'Uncle' alongside actor Won Bin and appeared in several works such as 'Neighbor,' 'Manhole,' 'Dohee-ya,' 'Snowy Road,' and 'Neighborhood People.'
Kim Sae-ron, who was actively working, faced a crisis in 2022 due to a drunk driving incident. Afterward, she aimed for a return to acting after two years through the play 'Dongchimi,' but faced difficulties due to negative public opinion. The film 'Guitar Man,' which she completed filming last year, became her last work.
The deceased's funeral is set up at Seoul Asan Medical Center, and the funeral will be held on the 19th.
