Actor Jang Geun-suk has joined the support for wildfire damage by donating 100 million won.
The Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association (Chairman Song Pil-ho) announced on the 27th that actor Jang Geun-suk has donated 100 million won for the recovery from wildfire damage in Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam, and Ulsan.
Jang Geun-suk stated, “I sincerely hope that the wildfires are extinguished as soon as possible and that those affected can regain their peaceful daily lives,” and added, “I sincerely thank the firefighters who are working hard for a swift extinguishment.”
The donated funds will be used for emergency support for residents affected by the wildfires, housing recovery, and various support activities for the reconstruction of the damaged areas.

Jang Geun-suk, who is also a member of the 'Honors Club' for high-value individual donors, has consistently made donations, including for the typhoon damage in the Philippines in 2013, the flood damage in Pakistan in 2022, and the emergency relief for the earthquake damage in Turkey and Syria in 2023. Furthermore, he continues to perform good deeds for the underprivileged every year.
