Chef Fabri, who has been awarded a Michelin star for 15 consecutive years, has finally made his debut in the bicycle restaurant scene.
In the JTBC entertainment program ‘Street Food Business’ (directed by Kim So-young, written by Lee Eon-joo), which airs on the 29th at 10:40 PM, Chef Fabri joins the business on the fourth day, marking the beginning of the first cooking competition between the two teams of the bicycle restaurant.
Fabri is a veteran chef who operated a Michelin-starred restaurant in Italy from 2005 to 2020 for 15 consecutive years. He has taken on the challenge of the bicycle restaurant with a different mindset than when he was running a Michelin restaurant. It raises curiosity about why he has come all the way to Spain to run a bicycle restaurant.
While Ryu Soo-young has a process-oriented style, Fabri emphasizes results. He recruits the energetic Hwang Kwang-hee and Shin Hyun-ji as 'Team Fabri' using a physiognomic approach. Hwang Kwang-hee makes noodle dough with precise measurements, while Shin Hyun-ji prepares vegetables with delicate skills. A single comment from Fabri starkly divides the fortunes of the two.
