
‘Mickey17’ (directed by Bong Joon-ho) has taken over the weekend box office. The daily audience numbers, which had fallen to single digits, have jumped back to double digits, nearing the 2 million mark.
According to the integrated ticketing system of the Korean Film Council on the morning of the 9th, ‘Mickey17’ attracted 252,888 viewers the previous day, bringing its cumulative audience to 1,899,103. It is expected to surpass 2 million today.
In second place is ‘The Exorcist’. On the same day, it attracted 25,954 viewers, with a cumulative audience of 364,768.
‘Conclave’ ranked third, receiving 21,385 viewers and a cumulative audience of 55,738. The Marvel superhero film ‘Captain America: Brave New World’ (hereafter ‘Captain America 4’) ranked fourth, with a cumulative audience of approximately 1.62 million.
The real-time reservation rate is still led by ‘Mickey17’. Following it are ‘Attack on Titan: The Last Attack’, ‘Conclave’, and ‘The Exorcist’ in that order.
