The return of an unprecedented villain in 'Shinbyung3' has shaken the Mythical Unit to its core.
On the 8th, the production team of Genie TV's original drama 'Shinbyung3' (directed by Min Jin-ki and Jo Je-wook, written by Yoon Gi-young and Kang Go-eun, based on the work by Jang Ppijju, planned by KT Studio Genie, produced by A2Z Entertainment and Story Island) announced a storm that is about to hit the Mythical Unit.
Since its first broadcast, 'Shinbyung3' has provided laughter that is on a different level, garnering a positive response from viewers. The character play of 'Shinbyung' in the third season has exceeded expectations. The enhanced relatability, along with the freshness brought by new faces like Kim Dong-jun, Oh Dae-hwan, and Kim Yo-han, has raised anticipation for a richer story.
On this day, Park Min-seok appeared as a private who has slightly shed the aura of a loser and adapted to military life. As he has grown, changes have also come to the Mythical Unit. The unusually affectionate company commander Jo Baek-ho (played by Oh Dae-hwan), who lives by saying "I love you," and the newly arrived recruits, Jeon Se-gye (played by Kim Dong-jun) and Moon Bit-na-ri (played by Kim Yo-han), were the main characters.
Upon entering the first dormitory, Moon Bit-na-ri announced the emergence of a more hopeless recruit than Park Min-seok by making Choi Il-goo (played by Nam Tae-woo) bleed from his nose on the very first day. Amidst this, an unwelcome face also appeared: Seong Yoon-mo, who had been arrested for operating an illegal gambling site. His return to the unit after being acquitted in court hinted at an unusual storm about to hit the Mythical Unit.
In the photos released, Park Min-seok is seen encountering the finally returned Seong Yoon-mo. Park Min-seok, unable to hide his surprise, has his mouth agape. Standing in front of him is Seong Yoon-mo, who still cannot shake off his awkward salute posture. However, in another photo, Choi Il-goo, holding a half-eaten chocolate bar, has a serious expression, while Park Min-seok appears anxious in front of him, suggesting a humorous yet sad incident. It raises curiosity about how this incident, stemming from a half-eaten chocolate bar, will press Choi Il-goo's anger button and turn the entire unit upside down.
