Chuplex, a member of the hip-hop duo Mighty Mouse, has revealed the last messages exchanged with the late Whisung.

On the 10th, Chuplex shared the messages on his SNS.

According to the messages, Whisung responded to Chuplex's inquiry about his well-being with "It's been a while, Mr. Choo," and when Chuplex said, "I was curious if you were doing well. We should see each other once, right?" Whisung happily replied, "Sounds good. We should see each other." Chuplex added "Whisung..." to the message, evoking a sense of sorrow.

Chuplex also posted a photo taken with Whisung, writing "I'm sorry." In the photo, the two are seen with their arms around each other, making a peace sign. The affectionate appearance of the two makes viewers feel even more heartbroken.

According to the agency Tajo Entertainment, Whisung was found in a state of cardiac arrest at his home in Seoul on the 10th and was pronounced dead. He was 43 years old.

The police and fire authorities were dispatched to the scene after receiving a report from Whisung's family. The police found no signs of external intrusion or criminal activity and plan to request an autopsy from the National Forensic Service along with forensic examination of his mobile phone to determine the exact cause of death.

The agency stated in an official position on the 11th, "We will proceed with the funeral arrangements as the bereaved family feels ready, and the funeral will be held quietly with only family, relatives, and close friends in accordance with the wishes of the bereaved family," and expressed, "We extend our deepest condolences for the late artist's final journey."
