Actors Won Bin, Han So-hee, and Kim Bo-ra visited the funeral of the late Kim Sae-ron, who suddenly passed away.
The funeral for the late Kim Sae-ron was set up on the 17th at the Seoul Asan Hospital funeral hall in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
Won Bin visited the funeral home in the morning to bid farewell to the deceased. He had previously worked with the late Kim Sae-ron in the 2010 film "The Man from Nowhere." Won Bin also sent a wreath of condolence along with his wife, Lee Na-young.
Han So-hee and Kim Bo-ra also visited the funeral home to pay their respects. Kim Bo-ra sent a wreath with the message, "When we meet again, I will reduce my nagging."
Additionally, FT Island, actor Gong Myung, and Ma Dong-seok sent wreaths to commemorate the deceased.
The Seongdong Police Station in Seoul reported that they received a call at 4:54 PM on the 16th regarding Kim Sae-ron's death at her home and confirmed the death. It is known that no suicide note was found. She was 25 years old.
Kim Sae-ron debuted as a baby model in the magazine "Anfang" in 2001 and began her acting career with the film "The Traveler" in 2009. She gained recognition for her role in the 2010 film "The Man from Nowhere" alongside actor Won Bin and appeared in several works such as "The Neighbors," "Manhole," "Dohee-ya," "The Snowy Road," and "Neighborhood People."
While actively working, Kim Sae-ron faced a crisis due to a drunk driving incident in 2022. Afterward, she aimed for a comeback as an actress through the play "Dongchimi" after two years, but faced difficulties due to negative public opinion. The film "Guitar Man," which she completed filming last year, became her last work.
The deceased's funeral is set up at Seoul Asan Hospital, and the funeral service will be held at 6:20 AM on the 19th.
