ADOR stated, "We are continuously documenting serious violations of rights, such as derogatory comments about the artist's nationality and appearance, dissemination of false information (fake news), invasion of privacy, and the use of malicious insults and derogatory terms across multiple online sites and SNS channels, and we are proceeding with rapid deletion requests along with legal procedures." They added, "For malicious posts that are repetitive or severe enough to reach a criminal level, we are taking criminal action. We have currently submitted a complaint to the Yongsan Police Station and will continue to file additional complaints in the future."

They continued, "We are also responding rigorously to the socially significant issue of deepfake crimes. We are closely cooperating with investigative agencies regarding the production and distribution of false videos targeting the artist, and a related suspect has been transferred to the prosecution while in custody." ADOR emphasized, "In legal responses related to the protection of the artist's rights, we will not settle or show leniency under any circumstances, and we are actively seeking and implementing additional measures at the company level to ensure that the perpetrator receives appropriate punishment."

Meanwhile, at 2 PM on the same day, the 50th Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court (Chief Judge Kim Sang-hoon) held a hearing on the objection filed by the five members of NewJeans regarding the injunction against ADOR's status as a planning agency and the prohibition of advertising contracts.

Below is the full statement from ADOR

Hello.

This is ADOR.

We would like to inform you about our legal actions for the protection of NewJeans' rights.

Since NewJeans' debut, we have been continuously monitoring and taking legal action against malicious online posts directed at the artist. Recently, the volume and severity of malicious posts targeting the artist have increased sharply, prompting us to hire additional dedicated personnel and strengthen our response system.

We are continuously documenting serious violations of rights, such as derogatory comments about the artist's nationality and appearance, dissemination of false information (fake news), invasion of privacy, and the use of malicious insults and derogatory terms across multiple online sites and SNS channels, including DC Inside, Ilgan Best, Nate Pann, FM Korea, Naver, Blind, Gaedrip, Theku, Ppomppu, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube, and we are proceeding with rapid deletion requests along with legal procedures.

In particular, for malicious posts that are repetitive or severe enough to reach a criminal level, we are taking criminal action. We have currently submitted a complaint to the Yongsan Police Station and will continue to file additional complaints in the future.

Additionally, we are responding rigorously to the socially significant issue of deepfake crimes. We are closely cooperating with investigative agencies regarding the production and distribution of false videos targeting the artist, and a related suspect has been transferred to the prosecution while in custody.

ADOR will not settle or show leniency under any circumstances in legal responses related to the protection of the artist's rights, and we are actively seeking and implementing additional measures at the company level to ensure that the perpetrator receives appropriate punishment.

The interest and reports from fans are a great help in our legal actions. We ask for your active reports through the 'HYBE Artist Rights Violation Reporting Site' regarding violations of artist rights.

We are always grateful for the love and dedication of our fans, and ADOR will continue to strive for the protection of the artist's rights.
