BTS's J-Hope and Suga have once again proven their presence as 'philanthropic angels' by participating in a significant donation for the recovery from wildfire damage, ahead of their return as a full group.

On the 27th, their agency Big Hit Music announced, “J-Hope and Suga each donated 100 million won for the recovery from the large wildfires in Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam regions.”

J-Hope donated 100 million won through the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association, while Suga contributed the same amount through the Korean Red Cross.

The donations will be used for emergency relief and essential supplies to help the affected residents recover their daily lives.

They stated, “We hope the prolonged wildfire situation calms down as soon as possible,” and added, “We hope this brings a small comfort to those affected and everyone working hard on the firefighting efforts.”

J-Hope has been consistently engaged in charitable activities, including donations for flood relief last year and support for families of airplane accident victims, while Suga also donated 100 million won during the wildfire damage in Uljin and Samcheok, Gyeongbuk.

This donation from the two has drawn more attention as it coincides with their return after military service.

In particular, J-Hope recently revealed through his YouTube channel 'Fairy J-Hope' that “we are preparing for full group activities of BTS after June,” and mentioned, “All the members have a strong desire for music and are inspiring each other,” raising fans' expectations.

Even during their military hiatus, their charitable activities continued.

Now, BTS is preparing to reunite—and the beginning of that is through their positive influence.
