Actor Park Byeong-eun has returned with two faces.
In Disney+'s original medical thriller series ‘Hyperknife’, he portrays Han Hyun-ho with a mild flavor, while in the movie ‘Lobby’, he meets the audience with a spicy flavor as Kwang-woo.
In ‘Hyperknife’, Park Byeong-eun's character Hyun-ho is a doctor with a strong sense of humanism, running a private clinic and valuing saving and helping patients over money or fame. He deeply explores the complex feelings and inner turmoil of respecting and cherishing the outstanding skills and passion of Park Eun-bin's character Jeong Se-ok, who lives as a shadow doctor, while also turning a blind eye to her illegal surgeries.

On the other hand, in ‘Lobby’, Park Byeong-eun plays a character who, unlike the startup company led by Ha Jung-woo's character Chang-wook, lacks technical skills but excels in business acumen and lobbying, leading to his success. As seen in the released trailers and production videos, he is expected to deliver comedic moments to the audience by mixing English and Korean in a peculiar way, despite his cold and composed exterior.
In a previous event, Park Byeong-eun described Han Hyun-ho from ‘Hyperknife’ as “the kindest character in my filmography. Despite the clinic being in the red, he has a warm heart that cares for patients rather than pursuing money or fame.” In contrast, Kwang-woo in ‘Lobby’ is a cunning character who would stop at nothing for his own benefit, which is expected to captivate the audience with the charm of two extreme characters.
Above all, with his exceptional ability to embody characters and flawless acting skills, Park Byeong-eun seamlessly portrays both good and evil roles, raising anticipation for his performances in both works.
Meanwhile, ‘Hyperknife’, where viewers can see Park Byeong-eun's passionate performance, is available on Disney+, and ‘Lobby’ is set to be released on April 2.
