The production team of ‘Undercover High School’ has released a second teaser video highlighting the growling chemistry between Seo Kang-joon and Jin Ki-joo.
The new MBC Friday-Saturday drama ‘Undercover High School’ (written by Lim Young-bin, directed by Choi Jung-in), which will premiere on the 21st at 9:50 PM, tells the story of a National Intelligence Service agent who disguises himself as a high school student to track down the whereabouts of Emperor Gojong's missing gold bars.
The second teaser video released on the 6th features the chaotic first meeting between Jung Hae-sung (played by Seo Kang-joon) and Oh Soo-ah (played by Jin Ki-joo). Soo-ah is momentarily smitten when she sees Hae-sung drinking, but her anger erupts when she realizes he is a new transfer student at the hospital. Hae-sung retorts, forgetting his duties as a student, saying, “Aren’t you also not that great?” The initial bickering between the two is quite intriguing.
However, Soo-ah begins to harbor suspicions about Hae-sung, stating, “It’s not just that he’s simply strange.” She ventures out at night to find something, and the urgent tone of Team Leader Ahn Seok-ho (played by Jeon Bae-soo) saying, “What if you get caught by the teacher?” suggests that problems have arisen during their operation. Attention is drawn to Hae-sung's challenging undercover mission, which is filled with twists and turns.
Meanwhile, as the two grow closer, they slowly ignite a sweet yet perilous romance. The pink chemistry between Hae-sung and Soo-ah, which transcends their teacher-student relationship, is expected to enrich the drama.
While the first teaser showcased Seo Kang-joon’s impressive performance, the second teaser depicts various moments of playful interactions between Seo Kang-joon and Jin Ki-joo, creating exciting moments that heighten the anticipation of potential viewers.
Meanwhile, ‘Undercover High School’ will premiere on the 21st at 9:50 PM.
