Singer and actor Lee Seung-gi shared warmth with the elderly during the cold winter alongside the junior group The Boyz.
On the 27th, Lee Seung-gi, along with The Boyz members Jacob, Hyunjae, and Kevin, visited the Jongno Senior Welfare Center (Director: Monk Jeonggwan) under the Korean Buddhist Jogye Order Social Welfare Foundation to participate in a meal service for the elderly in Jongno-gu.
Recently, Lee Seung-gi played the role of the head monk of Baekyangsa Temple (son of the owner of Jongno Pyeongmanok Dumpling Soup) in the family movie "Big Family," providing warm inspiration to audiences of all generations. As the year-end approached, he visited the elderly in Jongno-gu, the backdrop of the film, to express gratitude through his volunteer work.
Lee Seung-gi has maintained a connection with the Jongno Senior Welfare Center through consistent support, talent donation, and volunteer activities. This year, he received a commendation from the Jogye Order's General Secretary for his contributions to the welfare of the community at the Superstar Jongno event hosted by the Jongno Senior Welfare Center. On this day, members of The Boyz, Jacob, Hyunjae, and Kevin, joined him in serving carefully prepared meals and sharing warm interactions with the local elderly.

Lee Seung-gi expressed, "I was able to share warmth in a place that really needed help at the end of the year, and I felt proud that many people appreciated it. It was even more meaningful to be with The Boyz, who joined One Hundred. I hope many happy things happen for everyone in the new year."
Director Monk Jeonggwan of the Jongno Senior Welfare Center said, "Thank you to actor Lee Seung-gi and the members of The Boyz for practicing community sharing through the meal service activity despite the cold weather. I hope that through our continued relationship with the welfare center, we can be a great support to the community."
Meanwhile, The Boyz recently transferred to One Hundred, the parent company of Lee Seung-gi's agency Big Planet Made Entertainment, and are expected to engage in more communication and new activities with their fans.
