Singer and actress Suzy has made a donation to support wildfire victims.
On the 26th, the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association announced that Suzy donated 100 million won to support wildfire victims in the Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam regions.
Her agency stated, “Upon hearing the news that the wildfire damage is spreading, Suzy wanted to share her heart as it is a situation where help is desperately needed,” adding, “We hope that the wildfire is extinguished as soon as possible, and that the neighbors can return to their daily lives.”
Suzy is a member of the 'Hope Bridge Honors Club,' a group of high-value donors, and has consistently participated in donations during various disasters, including typhoons and heavy rains, since her donation for the Gangwon wildfire in 2019, spreading a positive influence. The total amount Suzy has donated to Hope Bridge amounts to 600 million won.
