Director Hong Sang-soo mentioned actress Kim Min-hee, who is pregnant with his child, at the Berlin International Film Festival.

On the 20th (local time), Director Hong attended a press conference for the competition section invitation film 'What Does the Nature Say to You' at the 75th Berlin International Film Festival, without Kim Min-hee, alongside the lead actors.

When asked about the film work, Director Hong said, “There are me and my colleagues, assistant, production manager Kim Min-hee, and a boom mic operator, a total of four people working.” Although he did not mention the names of others, he expressed affection by mentioning Kim Min-hee's name.

Director Hong Sang-soo was invited to the feature competition section of this film festival with his new film 'What Does the Nature Say to You'. The film depicts the events that unfold when a young woman introduces her boyfriend to her family, featuring actors Ha Sung-kuk, Kim Min-hee, and Kwon Hae-hyo, with Kim Min-hee participating as the production manager.

'What Does the Nature Say to You' tells the story of a thirty-something poet, Dong-hwa, who accidentally visits his lover Jun-hee's home. With this film, which is his 33rd feature, Director Hong has been invited to the Berlin International Film Festival for six consecutive years. After its world premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival, it is scheduled for domestic release in the first half of this year.

On the 19th, Director Hong Sang-soo and Kim Min-hee were spotted departing for Berlin together at Incheon International Airport.

Previously, Director Hong made his debut at the Berlin stage with his 1997 film 'The Day a Pig Fell into the Well' and has screened a total of 12 works at this film festival.
