PD Kim Tae-ho's new project ‘GD and Friends’ is in discussions for a luxurious lineup.
On the 13th, the production company TEO stated to Maeil Business Star Today, “We are in discussions for appearances by Hwang Kwang-hee, Kim Soo-hyun, Kim Go-eun, Hwang Jung-min, Im Si-wan, Jung Hae-in, Taeyang, Daesung, Jung Hyung-don, Jo Se-ho, aespa, SEVENTEEN's Hoshi, DAY6, and others for ‘GD and Friends’ (tentative title).”
PD Kim Tae-ho is preparing a variety show with G-Dragon. The specific program format has not yet been revealed, and preparations are underway with the goal of broadcasting next year. Titles such as ‘GD and Friends’ and ‘Good Day’ are currently being discussed. Positive discussions are ongoing with MBC regarding scheduling.
Last November, G-Dragon's side announced, “He will appear in a new variety show directed by PD Kim Tae-ho,” adding, “The first filming has been completed.”
PD Kim Tae-ho joined MBC in January 2001 and directed MBC's flagship programs such as ‘Infinite Challenge’ and ‘How Do You Play?’. After leaving MBC in January 2022, he established the content production company TEO and has presented projects such as TVING’s ‘Seoul Check-In’, ENA’s ‘Earth Monopoly World Tour’ series, tvN’s ‘Dance Singer Wandering Troupe’, and JTBC’s ‘My Name is Gabriel’.
