The funeral of the late Jang Je-won, former member of the National Power Party, will be held at Busan Haeundae Paik Hospital.
On the 1st, the deceased's son, singer Noel (real name Jang Yong-jun), prepared the funeral and was reported to have shed tears while welcoming mourners.
Mourning will be possible starting at 10:30 AM on the 2nd, with the funeral service scheduled for 9 AM on the 4th, and the burial site at Siloam Park Cemetery.

Previously, the deceased was found dead on March 31 at around 11:40 PM in an officetel in Gangdong-gu, Seoul. The police have secured a suicide note and are investigating the circumstances of the death, which reportedly contains messages about the family.
After the news of his father's death, Noel left a message for his fans saying, "I will send him off well," and "Don't worry too much about me." He calmly expressed that he had experienced a lot at a young age, but ultimately broke down in tears in front of the funeral home, spending his last moments with his father.
Before his death, the late Jang Je-won was serving as the vice president of a university in Busan and was under police investigation related to allegations of sexual assault that occurred in 2015. The accuser's side canceled a press conference scheduled for the morning of the 1st due to the news of the deceased's death.
Meanwhile, his son Noel, born in 2000, is a rapper who gained recognition in 2017 through "High School Rapper." Despite facing several controversies and legal issues, he has recently been continuing his music activities, announcing a solo concert. His social media contains a message saying, "See you on May 31," raising interest among fans regarding the concert's status.
