The funeral home for the late Wheesung (43, real name Choi Wheesung) has been established.
His agency, Taz Entertainment, announced on the 12th that "the funeral was initially planned to be held quietly with only family members considering the health of his mother, but we decided to create a time for mourning together with many people." They added, "We would be grateful if those who remember and loved Wheesung could join us."
Accordingly, from the 14th, a funeral home has been set up at the Samsung Medical Center in Gangnam, Seoul, and mourning will be possible from 11 AM.

The funeral will take place on the 16th. The burial site is scheduled to be at the Gwangneung Memorial Park.
Wheesung's brother also stated in a press release that "my brother has lived fiercely, soothing his emotions through music and song amidst deep loneliness throughout his life," and added, "I hope those who have happy memories with his songs can visit the funeral home without hesitation to accompany him on his final journey."
Meanwhile, Wheesung was found in a state of cardiac arrest at his home in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, around 6:29 PM on the 11th. No signs of external intrusion or criminal suspicion were found, but a syringe was reportedly discovered at the scene.
An autopsy was conducted by the National Forensic Service on the 12th, but the initial findings indicated that "the cause of death is unknown." It is expected to take about two weeks for the results of the detailed examination.
Fans are visiting the funeral home, expressing their deep condolences, stating, "Wheesung's music and voice will be remembered forever."
