Seo Kang-joon gets embroiled in an assault controversy.
In the second episode of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama 'Undercover High School' airing on the 22nd, Jung Hae-sung (played by Seo Kang-joon) not only gets into a fistfight with a classmate but also finds himself in an awkward situation after being misunderstood by Oh Soo-ah (played by Jin Ki-joo).
In the previous episode, Hae-sung, an ace agent of the National Intelligence Service, chased after those trying to smuggle a significant cultural asset, the Banga Sakyamuni statue, and during the process, a shot fired accidentally damaged the cultural asset.

As a result, Hae-sung faced the risk of being fired, but he received another chance when he was assigned a mission to find hidden gold bars worth 800 billion won at Byeongmun High School. Disguised as a high school student, Hae-sung embarks on an undercover investigation, leading to unexpected school life that piques viewers' interest.
In this episode, Hae-sung hears a rumor circulating in the school from his classmate Lee Dong-min (played by Shin Joon-hang). This rumor is said to be related to the old building that Hae-sung is investigating. Moreover, after watching a video taken by Dong-min in the old building, Hae-sung becomes alert.

Just as the two are deeply engaged in conversation, Park Tae-soo (played by Jang Seong-beom) appears and starts picking a fight with Dong-min. After observing the situation for a while, Hae-sung, unable to contain his anger, retaliates against Tae-soo. It raises curiosity about how Hae-sung will handle the aftermath of ignoring the advice to stay out of petty matters.
Meanwhile, Hae-sung, who got involved in the controversy, is firmly marked by Soo-ah. From the first day Hae-sung transferred to the school, Soo-ah begins to harbor suspicions about him. The curiosity about how far their relationship, which shows no signs of improvement, will become tangled continues to grow.
To find the whereabouts of the gold bars, Hae-sung, who has been sent to the school, will continue to have a tumultuous school life, entangled with those around him beyond his assigned mission. Viewers are eagerly anticipating whether Hae-sung can successfully achieve his goal and return to the National Intelligence Service in today's second episode.
'Undercover High School' airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 PM.
