MBC's entertainment show ‘Good Day’ is heating up anticipation ahead of its premiere by revealing its unique genre identity.
Scheduled to air for the first time on February 16 (Sunday) at 9:10 PM, ‘Good Day’ (directed by Kim Tae-ho, produced by TEO) is a music project where G-Dragon collaborates with various figures to complete this year's song. G-Dragon will take on the role of producer, showcasing the process of turning the stories of diverse individuals into music through a reality entertainment format.
The recently released fourth teaser features G-Dragon introducing the genre of ‘Good Day’. When asked about the genre of ‘Good Day’, G-Dragon responded, “It’s about turning ordinary days into special ones,” drawing attention. This statement highlights G-Dragon's determination to make everyday life special through this openly ambitious music project.
The lineup of individuals who will complete the song with G-Dragon includes a diverse and glamorous array of figures from various fields. Joining as essential members of the planning team are Jung Hyung-don and Defconn, who promise legendary chemistry, G-Dragon's long-time friend and a prominent figure in the entertainment industry, Jo Se-ho, and Code Kunst, who shares a perfect comedic rapport with G-Dragon. The lineup also includes actors Hwang Jung-min, Kim Go-eun, and representatives of the entertainment industry's '88 line' such as Kim Soo-hyun, Jung Hae-in, Im Si-wan, Kwanghee, and Lee Soo-hyuk.
Additionally, the teaser hints at meetings with G-Dragon's enthusiastic fans, including the Seventeen unit BSS (Seungkwan, Dokyeom, Hoshi), Hong Jin-kyung, and Giann 84, as well as aespa and chef Ahn Sung-jae, further heightening expectations. In this teaser, G-Dragon and the faces who will sing together convey the message, “A good day that makes everyday life special is coming,” enhancing viewers' anticipation for the unique genre of ‘Good Day’.
