Jisoo from 'Newtopia' mentioned the solo activities of BLACKPINK members.
On the morning of the 7th, a production presentation for the Coupang Play series 'Newtopia' was held at the Grand Ballroom of the Conrad Seoul Hotel in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, with actors Park Jung-min, Jisoo, and director Yoon Sung-hyun in attendance.
On this day, Jisoo said, "Since I am also on set and continuously working, I receive a lot of congratulations from those around me as the members are doing well."
She added, "Receiving congratulations as if it were my own work made me deeply feel that we have a family-like relationship. As a result, I became more dedicated to the filming."
She expressed her hope, saying, "I hope 'Newtopia' will be loved a lot, and I wish for good results so that the members can be proud."
'Newtopia' tells the story of a soldier, Jae-yoon, and his girlfriend, Young-joo, who run towards each other across a zombie-infested downtown Seoul. It will be released on February 7.
