ENA is building a strong weekend entertainment lineup.
ENA is set to enhance its weekend entertainment with ‘Jigu Mabul World Travel 3’ and ‘My Child’s Private Life’, which will air on the 22nd and 23rd at 7:50 PM, respectively.
The entertainment project ‘Jigu Mabul World Travel’ by ENA and TEO features travel creators Pani Bottle, Wonji, and KwakTube, who participate in a world travel board game designed by PD Kim Tae-ho, where they leave their fate to the dice and travel around the world. Season 1 made a fresh mark in travel entertainment with the unique concept of crossing continents with a single roll of the dice, while Season 2 maximized the fun of unpredictable adventures by adding hidden rules and missions throughout the board, stimulating viewers' travel desires. With this original concept and exciting developments, it garnered great love, recording a combined highest viewership rating of 3.3%, establishing itself as ENA's representative entertainment show.
Thanks to this enthusiastic support, ‘Jigu Mabul World Travel 3’ will return on Saturday, the 22nd, at 7:50 PM with a new concept called ‘Jigu Mabul Theme Park’, more extreme and dynamic than before. The main poster featuring ‘Kwak Pawan’ excitedly riding a roller coaster announced the start, and a teaser video showcasing various attractions like Activity Park, Food Festa, Jutopia, and Fantasy World has been released, raising expectations. This season will take viewers on a roller coaster-like journey around the globe, treating the entire world as a giant amusement park. The appearance of unexpected travel partners, including ‘Cloud Hee’, is also anticipated to shake up the travel dynamics, promising intense fun.
Meanwhile, ‘My Child’s Private Life’ will premiere on Sunday, the 23rd, at 7:50 PM after a revamp. Last September, the show featured the Dodo siblings (Do Yeon-woo, Do Ha-young) attending a gifted camp in the U.S., special travels of Love You (Choo Sa-rang, Yoo-to) in Hong Kong, and the activities of language prodigy Baby Tae-ha, creating numerous memorable scenes and viral clips that adults were unaware of. Consequently, YouTube clips consistently ranked high in the ‘Trending’ category, and all reels posted on ENA's official Instagram recorded high view counts. The travel video of the Dodo siblings in the U.S. accumulated over 10 million views, while the scene of Choo Seong-hoon shedding tears upon seeing the kickboxing skills of the now-grown Sa-rang, along with the travel episodes of Sa-rang and Yoo-to, also garnered over 6 million views, receiving explosive reactions.
This time, the show returns with an even more developed portrayal of the children's private lives. In a previously released teaser video, the photoshoot scene of Choo Sa-rang and Yoo-to, who have been friends for 12 years, evokes the excitement of a youth film, while the unpredictable travel adventures of the Dodo siblings encountering wild monkeys in Vietnam add to the intrigue. Additionally, the current status of new face Do-ah, who has risen as a mukbang fairy, and Song Ji-a, who has grown into a promising golfer, is revealed, promising upgraded fun and emotion. With new episodes and deeper growth stories of the children, ‘My Child’s Private Life’ is expected to fill Sunday evenings with excitement for online aunts and uncles.
ENA's Shin Jae-hyung, head of the Content Strategy Center, stated, “We plan to target the 20-49 demographic with ENA's unique seasonal programming on weekends. Saturday evenings will offer thrilling fun with the extreme adventures of ‘Jigu Mabul World Travel 3’ and Sunday evenings will guarantee emotion and laughter with the shining growth stories of the children in ‘My Child’s Private Life’. We hope viewers will stock up on joyful and happy energy with the powerful weekend entertainment prepared by ENA.”
‘Jigu Mabul World Travel 3’ will premiere on the 22nd at 7:50 PM, and ‘My Child’s Private Life’ will follow on the 23rd at 7:50 PM on ENA.
