‘Hanblee’ sheds light on a shocking accident that put a life on the line.
In the episode airing tonight (21st), JTBC's 'Han Moon-cheol's Black Box Review' (hereafter 'Hanblee') will highlight a dangerous accident that occurred on the road.
The CCTV footage released that day shows a horrifying scene where a motorcycle rider suddenly jumps and falls onto the road while driving. The panelists, witnessing the shocking accident of the motorcycle rider who was speeding, breathe a sigh of relief upon hearing the news that he miraculously survived.
The victim recalls the terrifying moment of the accident when he meets with the 'Hanblee' production team. He explains that while working on the road, an excavator accidentally touched a wire securing a utility pole, causing it to snap and, at that moment, it snatched his neck as he was riding.
As a result of this accident, the victim was unconscious for two weeks and lost his sense of smell due to multiple fractures and brain hemorrhage, which brings sadness to the studio. Meanwhile, the perpetrator, who showed a shameless attitude in court by saying, "I have no money, so I will not settle criminally," reportedly avoided a prison sentence, making the situation even more frustrating. When the construction company tried to claim 30% fault on the victim for alleged negligence, lawyer Han Moon-cheol strongly argued, "The construction company must compensate the victim for the accident and pay damages," representing the unjust position of the victim.
Additionally, 'Hanblee' introduces a ridiculous incident that occurred in a parking lot. The released black box footage shows a mysterious man pushing a double-parked vehicle into a disabled parking space and then taking a photo to report it to the safety hotline.
As a result, the vehicle owner was fined, and it raises further curiosity as the same incident has already happened three times. Expressing his frustration, the vehicle owner states, "Although we are both residents, we have never even talked," prompting Tsuki to exclaim, "I want to ask what kind of thought led to this behavior," which elicits laughter.
Host Park Sun-young and Billlie's reaction fairy Tsuki also join in.
