MBC Radio is conducting a special broadcast for ‘MBC FM4U Family Day’ to celebrate the 63rd anniversary of MBC's founding.
‘MBC FM4U Family Day’ will take place on December 2nd. Since 2003, ‘MBC FM4U Family Day’ has been an annual event where MBC FM4U channel radio hosts swap programs to provide listeners with new enjoyment and special moments.
The ‘2024 MBC FM4U Family Day’ aims to create a time where not only the DJs of the FM4U channel but also the listeners become one family, offering warm comfort with the greeting ‘Would you like a cup of tea?’ to listeners who have had a tough year due to economic difficulties such as low growth and high prices.

DJ Jung Ji-young from ‘Today’s Morning Jung Ji-young’ will kick off the 2024 MBC FM4U Family Day. With over 10 years of radio hosting experience, the ‘Bronze Mouse’ award winner Jung Ji-young will fill the commuting hours of ‘Good Morning FM’ listeners with a smooth and luxurious vibe. Following that, Lee Sang-soon, who took the radio mic for the first time in 12 years with ‘A Perfect Day’, will join ‘Today’s Morning’ for his first Family Day. Expectations are high for what new charm Lee Sang-soon, who has just crossed a month since starting as an MBC radio DJ, will showcase in the veteran DJ Jung Ji-young’s seasoned program ‘Today’s Morning’.

On this day, listeners will hear the voice of DJ Kim Ina from ‘Starry Night’ on ‘Two O’Clock Date Ahn Young-mi’. Ahn Young-mi, who is showcasing a thrilling tension through ‘Two O’Clock Date’, will move to ‘A Perfect Day’. MBC’s 83-line Kim Shin-young, Tae, and Lee Seok-hoon will also change programs for Family Day. Tae, who wakes up listeners’ mornings with a confusing tension of ‘Is he a comedian or a singer?’, will become the DJ of ‘Hope Song at Noon’ and showcase an even more elevated tension than usual. Additionally, Lee Seok-hoon will move to ‘Starry Night’ to become a one-day ‘Starry Night Keeper’. Lee Seok-hoon is expected to take responsibility for listeners’ sweet evenings with his unique soft voice. Meanwhile, Kim Shin-young will serve as the DJ of ‘Brunch Cafe’ for the second consecutive year, showcasing her experienced side.
The ‘MBC FM4U Family Day’ (Seoul Metropolitan Area 91.9MHz) will be held on Monday, December 2nd, and will be available for real-time listening from 7 AM to 12 AM through FM 91.9 MHz in the metropolitan area or the MBC Smart Radio application ‘Mini’. Notably, the broadcast can also be participated in as a video radio on the Smart Radio ‘Mini’ and the YouTube channel ‘Mheuhz’.
